Yes, we do have a support channel for developers, if you could join our telegram at https://t.me/FLOblockchain and ask there.
There are no guides yet but there is an article about how Flotorizer.net was created: https://medium.com/@ortega_science/flotorizer-an-experiment-on-blockchain-for-noobs-5dfb3aa6bbd2
I would suggest starting with a running FLO node and using the RPC to send that ata to the blockchain. For example:
./florincoin-cli sendtoaddress FDuJv3VguT4PP3tVwp4pus5qzn4CcZDMpj 1 "" "" "Hello world"
This will send 1 coin to the address
FDuJv3VguT4PP3tVwp4pus5qzn4CcZDMpj and put the message
Hello world into the blockchain.
The same thing can be achieved with an RPC call while the client is running as long as the username and password are set in
florincoin.conf is found in
~/.florincoin/, if it’s not already there, create it with the above settings (remember to change the username and password too!)
Examples of every type of RPC call can be found here: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/API_reference_(JSON-RPC)
Additionally, we are creating software development kits (SDK) for each major programming language, you can follow our SDK thread here: FLO SDK development thread
